Must have experience of Relocation services, including HHG and/or DSP. Mandatory fluent Spanish and English. Vacancy is hybrid every other week in the São Paulo office.
Main duties and responsibilities
Main point of contact for assignees (employee relocating to another destination to work) and their HR/Mobility Team throughout their relocation process (end to end), across various services including:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assignees and their families throughout the entire assignment process, coordinating and managing the international door-to-door move as well as pet shipment, relocation, immigration, taxes, special requests as per each personalized client request;
- Carry out pre-assignment policy briefing calls with assignees and their families and provide on-going advice and support assignees on their questions related to home and host countries;
- Manage employee expectations in accordance to the criteria defined in the Human Resources policy;
- Interface with other mobility providers, according to the Human Resources policy and as per the company’s and K2’s suppliers;
- Service provider orientation, including translation;
- Assist and monitor physical inspection/surveys at the expatriate’s residence with the selected supplier;
- Coordinate customs clearance at origin and destination, monitoring packaging and delivery dates at the origin/destination country;
- Coordinate international relocation services, including: local orientation, temporary housing, home search, school search, settling in, departure, etc;
- Control of Visa expiration, lease contracts, condominium fees and other expenses inherent to the process;
- Management of the assignment costs, as long as within the scope of the services contracted by K2;
- Integration with all areas involved in the global mobility process;
- Develop, maintain and build working relationships with transferring employees and the HR department
- Weekly reporting to the HR team or as needed;
- Develop necessary processes and documents for K2 improvement on client services;
- Payment of Invoices/Invoices from suppliers contracted by K2 to perform services and/or consulting;
- Regular Meetings with K2 internal and external stakeholders and HR Global Mobility contacts.
