The aim of Brazil Talks is to share knowledge and best practices in the area of Human Resources and Global Mobility.
Conceived by Patricia Tavares and Vanessa Romão, with a view to establishing a new space for discussion, dissemination and transformation around the very latest topics connected to professionals and employees. Dialog and promotion of networking are promoted in a broad, democratic, transparent and globalized manner.
Patrícia Tavares
Founder of Brazil Talks, Patricia carries extensive experience of over 20 years in Human Resources. She has worked in a range of areas including HR Operations, Staff Call Center, benefits and payroll but her great passion is Global Mobility.
During this time, she worked in the banking and in the consumer goods industry segments.
She was an expatriate to the United States for 3 years in the role of Head Global Mobility Americas.
Patricia is also an Ambassador and member of the Board of Global Mobility Journals, a speaker at national and international conferences, and a Master XPAT trainer.

Vanessa Romão
Co-founder of Brazil Talks, with 10 years of experience in the Global Mobility area, she has worked in the most important consulting companies in the area, as well as multinationals in the consumer goods industry.
Her career includes participation in global projects, such as Lifelong Learning, Global Communication and structuring of the Recognition and Reward plan for the Global Mobility team.
Vanessa has worked in the area of education, teaching and translation, enabling her language and communication skills to be great contributions to the Global Mobility community and to Brazil Talks.
